Customers have 10 days from receipt of product to initiate a return. The product must be unopened and in it’s original condition. To initiate return of product please email highresinremedies@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees but the company will provide the shipping label to be printed. Upon receipt of returned product and verified condition a refund will be issued. Customers will be reimbursed within 7-10 business days. Please contact us for any further questions.
